​Homie collections stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our aroma diffusers. All our products are covered by a 12 months warranty from the date of landing in warehouse. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials, providing peace of mind to our valued customers.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Manufacturing Defects: Our warranty covers defects arising from the manufacturing process. If you discover any such defects, please contact our customer support team immediately.

2. Normal Use: The warranty extends to cover the normal use of our products. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

 

Making a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please retain your proof of defects and contact our sales team or customer service team at info@homiecollections.com. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to assess the issue and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or repair.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning.

2. Accidental damage or misuse of the product.
